A sign?

Okay I've got this very strange thing that's happening for a long time!
Whenever I look at the hour and it's around 5pm, I always see 17:06! Not 05 or 07 but always 06!
It has happened so often it starts to get scary. Also because my birthday is on 17/06.

Molly Moon

I thought of writing a blog post about my second favourite book series: Molly Moon!

I've been reading the books since I was 12 and I loved them immediately.
It's about a girl who finds a book of hypnotism and soon finds out she has an extreme talent for hypnotizing people (and animals!). I always thought there were 3 books, because there are 3 translated in Dutch, but 2 or 3 years ago I found out there was a 4th one and last year came a 5th one! I never knew where to buy them, so I still haven't read them, but then I found them online and my sister bought them for me as a Christmas gift ♥

I already had the first one in English, so she bought the rest and now I will finally be able to find out the rest of the story! I really love the covers btw, especially the Dutch ones! Here's a picture of my 'collection'

IAMX

I haven't written for a while, not because my life was boring, but because my life was soo busy I couldn't find the time to write! I'll start with IAMX. On the 14th of October me and Saskia went to the concert and again it was amaaaaazing <3 It was even better than last time! At the end we stayed a bit and we both got a drumstick and I got a plectrum :D



 Saskia made a video of Bernadette acapella. It was beautiful <3

Day 28 - A picture of something you're afraid of

I'm afraid of the future, of getting older. I have no idea what the future will bring me and that frightens me, I haven't even got an idea what I want to do with my life and I'm afraid that time will go too fast.

I'm also afraid of my own mind, afraid of what I'm capable of without knowing.

Afraid of changing or losing memories and never be the same person again..

Day 22 - A picture of something you wish you were better at

I wish I was better at drawing. When I see people draw wonderful things, I always get jealous and wish I could do the same thing.

Day 21 - A picture of something you wish you could forget

There isn't anything I want to forget. Because everything that has happened, happened with a reason and made me what I am today. In fact, I would like to get every memory I forgot back, I'm really afraid to forget everything once..

Day 20 - A picture of somewhere you'd love to travel

There are so many places I want to go! Here are a couple of them:

Yep, I've never been to England before x]. So I really really want to go there! Next year with violin camp we're going there, but I hope I can see it before next year <3.

I really want to go to Japan once too. When things are a bit better there, and when I have the money x]. I love Japanese (I'm learning it), I love the people, the things they make, the country, so yeah, I really want to go there!

And last, but not least. Chicago! I just want to go to the US in general, but I would love to visit Chicago, also New York and other big cities in the US.

IAMX

Yesterday I went to the IAMX concert in Brussels and it was amaaazing ♥.
It was the first time I saw them and I want to go back already!
I bought an awesome hoodie and a cd. Unfortunately I couldn't take pictures of the concert, but next time I definitely will!

Day 15 - A picture of something you want to do before you die

This one is hard, there are so many things I want to do before I die. I'm going to put two things here.

The first one is one of my dreams. It's making my own music and perform it on stage.

I also want to write at least one book in my life, more would be awesome, but I would be satisfied with at least one. And I definitely want to write an autobiography.

The girl who leapt through time

I saw this movie 2 days ago and I loooved it. It's a Japanese anime about a girl who can travel through time, but she can't really control it. I love the movie because it has a message and it's so cute! If you don't know what to do, you should watch it! ;)

Day 12 - A picture of something you love

I know it's late, I've been a bit busy because of all that happened, but I'm going to continue the picture thing.

I chose this picture not only because I love books, but also because I love to learn new things every day. And I have so many different interests and there's so much to learn. I even like maths, chemistry, and all that scientific stuff, but also music, art and completely different things. It makes me happy to know a lot of different things. That's why I love to learn.

Hmm, I'm not going to put a picture here, because hating is a big word and I'd rather love than hate.
There are of course things that really annoy me, but I can't put pictures of them. They are things like injustice, gossiping, bullying, waiting,..

My diaries are my most treasured itemS 'cause I want to write an autobiography once, and I wouldn't know what to do without them. Also for me, memories are the most important things. Imagine you wake up and don't remember any of your life. Then everything you did would be in vain..

2011

I don't know what it is, maybe it's me, but it's like I can feel the energy of the new year.
It's only the 5th day and I'm full of energy and new ideas and plans. I even wrote them down! I'm surprised because that's nothing for me. I'm the kind of person that thinks about something, get's excited about it and forgets it a couple of weeks later. And after a while I realize I haven't done a thing.

There are so many things I wanted to do for a long time or books I want to read, but I forget about it or just can't find the time or mind to plan it. I even haven't read Lord Of The Rings yet, which is a shame. But it's all because of my mind. My mind has always been a chaos, but I feel like that's going to change a bit this year. I'm going to keep my planning list from this year and at the end of the year I want to see what I've accomplished.
Like I wrote earlier, last year has been crap. I fell into a deep dark hole, started crawling and crawling, but got stuck. And when someone pulled me out, I slipped again. It seemed impossible for me to get out of there. But I did. And after that I saw the world in a different way. And now I feel like I'm building up my life again. I'm doing the things I used to do and my imaginary world came back. I'm full of new ideas and creations and I'm really happy about that. I finally found myself again.

Also a lot of people come into my life again. People I haven't seen/heard for a long time. And suddenly, these 5 days, they appeared. There must be a reason for everything. Why didn't they talk to me in december? Or why weren't they online then but now? There's someone I texted in november and never got an answer until today. I do believe in destiny and I do believe everything happens with a reason.

I might be a dreamer, but I'd rather be a dreamer than a realist, because it gives you hope somehow ^^

Happy Newyear!

Since I'm in Turkey and hadn't got the time to write a blog yesterday, I'm doing it now!
First of all Happy Newyear!
I so hope it's going to be a better year than last year, a lot of people say that, but for me 2010 was the worst year ever. It's too personal to write about, but I do want to say I never want a year like that again.
I have the feeling this is going to be a better year and I hope my feelings are true!

Like I wrote on facebook 'Wearing my Asylum Army shirt on newyear's eve, 'cause I'm gonna fight like a girl this year to make my dreams come true ♥.'
This year I want to spend my time better and really try to do the things I want to and dream about.
First of all, that would be making music <3.
Amanda, my best friend, is finally coming in January (and I hope nothing comes in between like last time!) and we're going to work a song out together, our first song <3.

That's the main goal, and for the rest.. I will see. I have dreams and plans, but since my mind and plans always change, I'm just gonna see how far I get.
